Alburnum Associates is a project management consultancy company in the UK offering communications expertise to clients working in international development.
What we do

Communications lies at the very heart of every development project. Yet implementers don’t always have the right resources or skills to tell their stories or share their learning.

Our clients look to us to manage communications and in doing so, we connect them to some of the best professionals in the business.

Alburnum Associates brings together the very best people to provide a range of services from across the communications spectrum; including strategic advice, writing and editing services, print and digital design and media training.

Case Study
The Human Development Innovation Fund approached Alburnum Associates to help them raise the profile of their commitment to the Principles for Digital Development and share their learning with others in the Tanzanian innovation ecosystem.
In response we created and designed a range of digital and printed knowledge products showcasing HDIF’s work in this area including the programme’s first flagship learning report ‘Digital Principles into Practice’ and ‘Principles in Practice’ – a series of seven briefings based on grantee’s experiences of putting the principles into practice in a Tanzanian context. Alburnum also supported the dissemination of these outputs by helping HDIF to develop a digital platform to promote learning and presentation materials for stakeholder engagement events in Arusha and Dar es Salaam.

“Alburnum Associates are simply brilliant at what they do; bringing a thoughtful, creative, and collaborative approach to every project and creating impactful work every time.“
